Unique deal creates virtual incubator
20th July
UAD Logo Instinct Technology and the University of Abertay Dundee have signed a deal to create what will effectively be a virtual incubator mechanism for training the next generation of games programmers.

Under the terms of the deal, Abertay will develop a training programme to be marketed along with Instinct's state-of-the-art virtual games development studio as a package available for licensing by universities and colleges teaching games design. This product will offer games design educators a fully integrated package of industry-standard games development tools and university-level training courses. It will be the only package of its kind available on the market today.

Instinct becomes amBX licensee
26th July
AMBX Instinct Technology have signed an agreement with Phillips amBX to integrate the popular amBX platform into Instinct Studio. This will allow amBX licensees access to full amBX functionality exposed through the Instinct Studio toolset.

amBX revolutionises the gameplay experience by extending the gaming world out of the screen and into the real world.
